COLUMBUS, Ind. — AIM Media Indiana announced Wednesday that it will move printing operations of The Republic and its publications from Columbus to Indianapolis.
The company said the transition allows them to reduce waste and expenses. The move is effective Feb. 15.
AIM did not say whether the move will result in job cuts at its current Walesboro printing facility.
The newspaper was purchased from Home News Enterprises in November 2015.
