COLUMBUS, Ind.–At this week’s hearing on Tuesday, the Columbus Board of Zoning Appeals granted approval in three cases, two of which were conditional use requests.
La Quinta Inn was approved for offsite parking between its hotel and the adjoining property to the east. Puppy Nanny 911 Behavior Clinic was approved for expansion of its facility. The third case was a development standards variation.
Melissa Begley, assistant planning director for the city of Columbus, was the hearing officer. “We felt these cases were cut and dried and didn’t need to go before the full board,” she said.
