COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus-based TPS Industrial Services LLC plans to build a new $3.5 million headquarters. Company officials say 61 new jobs over the next three years are expected to be created as part of the expansion. The 50,000 square foot facility will enable the company to perform on-site distribution and fulfillment operations. The company currently employs 15 people in Columbus.
The job openings will include CDL drivers, dispatchers, and sales executives, and will pay above the state average wage..

The company provides logistics services to more than 12 customers, including Celadon, Con-way, DSV, Faurecia, Penske, Echo Global Logistics and Sunright America. They also provide distribution and fulfillment services, transportation management services, shuttle services, milk runs and reverse logistics.
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation has offered up to $500,000 in conditional tax credits and $40,000 in training grants. The package of incentives is performance-based.
