FRANKLIN, Ind.–A Franklin woman could not help but laugh during a traffic stop on Wednesday. Authorities at the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department say that Autumn Felumero, 23, was pulled over because she was suspected of being intoxicated, as she had been driving dangerously slow in the left lane of U.S. 31, near South Street, in Franklin.
During the stop, the deputy ascertained Felumero was driving on a learner’s permit. While being questioned outside the vehicle, the officer said she was acting suspiciously, could not stand still and was laughing uncontrollably. When given a sobriety test, she passed. However, after a search of the car, a smoking device along with two containers with synthetic marijuana were allegedly found. Law Enforcement says another pipe was located in her jacket during her arrest.
Felumero was taken to Johnson County Jail and charged with possession of salvia, plus two counts of possession of paraphernalia.
