Greenwood woman charged with neglect


FRANKLIN, Ind.—A Greenwood woman was arrested Friday morning after another driver noticed she was driving erratically. According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, Alicia Riley, 39, was arrested after she was reportedly driving all over the roadway, nearly striking several vehicles. Riley was arrested on two counts of possession of a hypodermic needle and one count of neglect of a dependent after it was discovered she had been traveling with a young child in the backseat.
