COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Healthy Communities Initiative at Columbus Regional Health welcomes residents to participate in a free, month-long Wellness Challenge in April. The challenge helps people develop healthy habits and well-being by focusing on nutrition, purpose, activity and mindfulness. There are also chances to win prizes at the end of the 30-day event.
To complete the Wellness Challenge and be eligible for prizes, the following list of items must be completed by May 3.
- Download the Wellness Challenge information from org/community-foundation/healthy-communities, or pick up a copy at Wellconnect. The challenge begins on April 1.
- By April 30, complete at least 24 wellness activities that include six tasks from the four pillars: Purpose, Nutrition, Activity and Mindfulness.
- Submit your completed forms via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or drop them off at WellConnect, 237 Washington St., by May 3.
