GREENWOOD, Ind.–An Indianapolis man was arrested in Greenwood on Saturday after he was allegedly observed swerving between lanes on State Road 37, nearly missing other vehicles. According to Johnson County Sheriff’s deputies, Marco Tejeda, 29, was later found at a nearby gas station where three field sobriety tests were performed. Officers say Tejada failed all three. He was taken to Johnson County Jail and charged with driving while intoxicated, along with operating without a drivers license.
