Indianapolis man charged with operating while intoxicated

WHITELAND, Ind.—An Indianapolis man was arrested Friday afternoon after an officer saw the man’s vehicle straddling the double yellow line in Whiteland. Authorities at the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department say Jack Marlor, 55, was unable to answer the deputy’s questions or stand up straight during the traffic stop, presumably due to the level of intoxication he had reached. The officer arrested Marlor and first took him to Johnson Memorial Health after Marlor complained he might get sick during the stop. Later, Marlor was transported to Johnson County Jail on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
