COLUMBUS, Ind.–Two bridges in Bartholomew County are in need of some rehabilitation, so they will be closed for about 45 days beginning Tuesday. The Indiana Department of Transportation says the Interstate 65 bridges at County Line Road and County Road 625 South will be shut down for repairs on the overpasses. Signed detours will redirect drivers to nearby routes while the work is being completed.
The detour for County Line Road/County Road 1100N (at the Bartholomew-Jackson County line) will route motorists around the bridge closure by way of C.R. 80W, C.R. 1050S, C.R. 150W, C.R. 950S and C.R. 60E.
INDOT says the detour for the C.R. 625S closure will utilize C.R. 250W, S.R. 600S, C.R. 300W, C.R. 450S/State Highway 58, and C.R. 100W.
