Man arrested in Greenwood for four warrants

GREENWOOD, Ind.–A Marion County man probably wishes he had been wearing his seat belt while driving through Greenwood on Wednesday afternoon. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office says James Trumpka, 49, of Indianapolis, was pulled over for the offense, and while speaking with deputies he supposedly admitted his license was suspended.

During a check of Trumpka’s license, it was also confirmed that he had four outstanding warrants. He was arrested, transported to Johnson County Jail, and charged with the four previous warrants and driving while suspended. Trumpka was also given a traffic citation for not wearing a seat belt.
