COLUMBUS, Ind.—An inmate at the Bartholomew County Jail is accused of attacking a corrections officer. According to the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, Dustin Adam Leatherbury, 29, of Columbus is charged with felony battery after he was reported to have caused bodily injury to a corrections officer. This is the second time Leatherbury has been charged with attacking a corrections officer this year. He’s serving time for auto theft after a failure to appear warrant was issued last November.
