Pair busted for drugs after Greenwood traffic stop

GREENWOOD, Ind.–Some erratic driving and a broken windshield led to the eventual arrest of two people on drug charges in Greenwood on Sunday. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office says that Steven Dixon, 26, of Indianapolis, and 34-year-old Nicole Laughlin, 34, of Bloomington, were pulled over because of Dixon’s dangerous driving. During the traffic stop, the deputy confirmed that both were wanted for multiple warrants. A search of the suspects and their vehicle was conducted and law enforcement allegedly found several drugs and paraphernalia.

Dixon was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and possession of counterfeit money, along with previous warrants from Marion and Monroe counties.
