FRANKLIN, Ind. — Franklin police are asking for help identifying a suspect seen on surveillance photo.
Investigators believe the man is connected to a stolen debit card case.
Two men came to a victim’s home Feb. 8 claiming her roof needed repair work. The men said they could do the work cheaply, but a deposit was required.
The suspects took the victim’s debit card into their truck and left. The card was later used at an ATM in Indianapolis.
Door-to-door solicitors are not permitted in the city of Franklin without authorization. Properly authorized person’s will be able to provide an ID issued by the city.
