COLUMBUS, Ind. — An off-duty officer helped police arrest a Crothersville woman on suspicion of drunk driving Sunday night.
The off-duty cop saw Shelly Arrowood, 59, disregard an automatic traffic signal, police said.
When on-duty officers arrived, they said Arrowood appeared to be drunk.
Arrowood was booked into jail on charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence.
