FRANKLIN, Ind. — A child molesting suspect was captured in Johnson County during a traffic stop Tuesday.
Gregory Milburg, 49, had a warrant for his arrest in Lafayette, Indiana.
Johnson County deputies stopped a car he was driving on U.S. 31 around 5 a.m. Police say Milburg provided false information before police discovered his true identity.
Milburg has a lengthy criminal history including armed robbery, theft and drug possession, according to police.
Deputies say a female passenger in the car, Carla Griffin, 49, of Kingman, Indiana, had marijuana and syringes.
A search of the car turned up drug paraphernalia and a pistol, police said.
