GREENWOOD, Ind. — Travel delays are expected on Interstate 65 south of Greenwood overnight Wednesday and Thursday.
The Indiana Department of Transportation plans to shift traffic between mile markers 99 and 88.
Beginning at 9 p.m. Wednesday, two lanes of southbound I-65 will be shifted to the west side as crews place temporary pavement markings.
Two lanes of northbound I-65 traffic will be shifted to the far east-side pavement Thursday night. Placement of barrier wall sections will continue through the weekend.
The new traffic configuration reduces width of travel lanes to 11 feet.
