FRANKLIN, Ind. — A Kokomo man is facing theft and marijuana possession charges after a traffic stop Sunday.
A Johnson County deputy stopped a vehicle driven by Ricardo Cameron, 20, and discovered the vehicle was reported stolen from a Kokomo car dealership.
Cameron claimed he did not know the vehicle was stolen and said it belonged to the passenger’s relative.
Police say Cameron had also been drinking alcohol.
