NEW PALESTINE, Ind. — A Greenwood man is behind bars and accused of murder after he allegedly ran over a man with his truck.
Investigators say Joseph Michael Baker, 26, ran over Duane Begley, 23, during an argument and dragged him 30 feet.
Begley was dating Baker’s ex-wife. Baker had previously acted violently toward Begley, according to police.
Begley died from his injuries April 17 after being flown to an Indianapolis hospital.
Baker pleaded not guilty to the murder charge Monday in Hancock County Superior Court.
