GREENWOOD, Ind. — A community celebration run will take place at Center Grove High School this weekend.
The inaugural Rock the Block Walk/Run includes a 10K, 5K and free kids run beginning at 8:30 a.m.
On-site registration is available from 3:15 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 6 to 8 a.m. Saturday at 2911 S. Morgantown Road, Greenwood. The cost is $35.
Nearly 1,000 runners and walkers from across Central Indiana have signed up to participate. Hundreds more are expected to come out to cheer on participants and enjoy the Main Street Expo.
The expo will showcase local bands, food vendors, charities, sponsors, activities and giveaways.
