FRANKLIN, IN — A Franklin board has denied two variances needed to begin construction of a community corrections center at the corner of Hospital and Drake roads.
County officials had planned a three-story building for community corrections, adult probation and alcohol and drug services. Leaders will now look into alternative plans.
