NORTH VERNON, Ind. — Jennings County deputies arrested a fugitive and recovered stolen property Sunday.
Acting on a tip, police went to a residence on County Road 275E and found Bryan Goodpaster, 21, of North Vernon. Goodpaster had an active warrant out of Ripley County.
During the investigation police found a John Deere Gator that had been reported stolen from Jefferson County. Goodpaster is being held in the Jennings County Jail.
