COLUMBUS, Ind. — United Way of Bartholomew County and Lincoln-Central Neighborhood Family Center are partnering in order to distribute free box fans to residents who do not have air conditioning in their home.
The fans are limited to one per household and there must not be an air conditioner in the home. The fans can be picked up at the LCNFC’s office, which is located at 1039 Sycamore Street. In order to receive a fan, residents must provide a proof of Bartholomew County residency.
There is a limited number available and the fans are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
