FRANKLIN, Ind. — A Johnson County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the scene of truck that hit a utility pole over the weekend.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they found the vehicle to be unoccupied. The truck, a white 2001 crew-cab with a flat utility bed, had driven off the road and directly into a utility pole destroying it. Johnson County REMC worked on the scene to restore power and Franklin Wrecker removed the truck.
While no driver could be identified, the owner of the truck was found to have a suspended license and several recent priors for no insurance.
