SIGMAN, BRANDY LYNCOLUMBUS, Ind. — Tips from the public on Monday led to the arrest of Brandy Lyn Sigman, 36, on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Sigman was featured in the Bartholomew County Street Sweep on social media yesterday.
