MEDORA, Ind. — The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department wrapped up an eight-month investigation on Monday by confiscating nearly one-quarter pound of methamphetamine and arresting a Medora man.
Police served a search warrant at the residence of William Burrell, 33, and found 3.5 ounces of methamphetamine, three weapons, and $4,300 in cash. During the search, Burrell attempted to flee, but was quickly captured. He faces four counts of dealing in methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.
The investigation is ongoing.
