SEYMOUR, Ind. — A head-on accident Wednesday night injured two people, and closed a section U.S. 50 in Jackson County for over an hour.
Witnesses told police a car driven by Tyler Fields, 27, was traveling east in the westbound lanes around 9:30 p.m. One car was able to avoid collision, but a second vehicle, driven by Madison Spencer, 19, of Louisville, Kentucky, hit Fields head-on.
