GREENWOOD, Ind. — While on patrol Monday around 9 a.m., Johnson County Sherriff Deputies spotted a suspicious vehicle outside Carefree Clubhouse located at 1202 Leisure Lane. The lone, male occupant of the vehicle looked out of place, so officers made contact with him.
The male indicated that he did not have proper identification, but he did identify himself as Stephen Boyer, 29, of Camby. Law enforcement observed nervous behavior and informed Boyer that further investigation was going to be conducted.
Officials determined that there was an active felony warrant out of Marion County issued for Boyer’s arrest. During the investigation, police also found what they believed to be methamphetamine hidden deep inside Stephen Boyer’s wallet.
Boyer was arrested at the scene without incident.
