COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Bartholomew County Highway Department has reopened the bridge on County Road 850 West at the intersection of Bellsville Pike. Officials closed the road because of deck problems on Thursday. Crews made temporary repairs and the weight limit has been downgraded to three tons.
