GREENWOOD, Ind. — A German-based company, Wurth Service Supply Inc., will build a $11.5 million headquarters in the Southpoint Business park. Construction will begin this week and the company plans to occupy the new facility in late 2017.
A report from the Johnson County Development Corporate says up to 60 new jobs will be created by 2020. The new jobs are expected to be both warehouse workers,and administrative and professional positions.
The Wurth Group is one of the world’s largest suppliers of assembly fastener components. The company operates 50 locations to serve thousands of customers in North America. The company employs about 65,000 people in 80 countries.
