TRAFALGAR, Ind. — A hit-and-run accident led to one arrest in the Trafalgar area Thursday.
Police say a vehicle driven by Jacob McConville, 24, struck another vehicle at the intersection of State Road 135 and Johnson County Road 600S, and then fled the scene.
Police were able to locate McConville a short time later at State Road 135 and Pearl Street. During questioning, police found THC wax in McConville’s possession and determined he was the other vehicle involved in the crash.
McConville was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
