COLUMBUS, Ind. — A Columbus resident was arrested for heroin possession after a traffic stop Monday.
Around 5 p.m., police pulled over Jonathan Villegas in the 1900 block of Caldwell Place for driving while suspended. During the investigation, police found three sets of digital scales and heroin.
Villegas has been charged with driving while suspended, possession of heroin and possession of paraphernalia.
