GREENWOOD, Ind. — A report of a suspected intoxicated driver Monday at about 5 p.m. in Johnson County, led to the arrest of Ayranna Shands, 30, of Odon.
A 911 caller told police that a car on State Road 37, in the area of Stones Crossing Road, was unable to stay in the lane of travel. Deputies located the car at a convenience store off of State Road 144. When police approached the car they noticed an unresponsive female sitting in the driver’s seat with an envelope that had marijuana in it. During a search of the vehicle police found marijuana and a gray powdery substance that tested positive for heroin.
Shands was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of heroin.
