BEAN BLOSSOM, Ind. — Police believe vandals sprayed graffiti on St. David’s Episcopal Church in Bean Blossom sometime Saturday evening. Sunday morning church goers found a swastika on one wall and the phrase “Heil Trump” and “Fag Church” on another.
Members believe they were targeted because the Episcopal Church accepts gay and lesbian members and has performed a same-sex wedding.
Church members have decided to use the incident as a way to spur debate by leaving the images on the walls for all to see.
