SHELBYVILLE, Ind. — Officials from Goodwill Industries and the city of Shelbyville have announced the opening of the 11th Excel Center in the state. Excel Centers offer adults the opportunity to earn a high school diploma tuition-free.
The program offers a Core 40 diploma, dual credit classes and job certifications. There are also programs to cover tuition costs to earn certifications or begin undergraduate studies.
