COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation C4 program offers students real-world experience in a variety of career disciplines. The program operates in 11 high schools covering five counties and provides skills training for about 3,000 students. The program also maintains 600 community school-to-work programs.
The program includes the Courtyard Restaurant that serves a $12 lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays made by culinary students. The menu for December includes a Christmas meal of two-mushroom Veloute soup, mixed green salad with pears, goat cheese, cranberries with spiced pecans, brined roast chicken breast and vanilla rum cake. Other curriculum includes agricultural sciences, business and finance, communication, computer technology, construction, manufacturing engineering, law enforcement, health sciences, human services and transportation.
