GREENWOOD, Ind. — The Cornerstone Autism Center has announced plans to move into a portion of the old Greenwood city building. Officials from the organization say they will begin occupying their section of the building in early 2017.
Cornerstone will be the largest tenant, using about 16,800 square feet of the available 24,000-square-foot structiure at 2 North Madison Ave. The company also plans to add 30 new jobs in the health services field.
“Since opening in 2010, we have expanded our current location twice to meet the growing needs of families and children who depend on our care,” said Cornerstone founder Debbie Ide. “With an additional location, we are able to expand and specialize our services. We’ve seen a consistent and significant demand for these services in the Greenwood community.”
Cornerstone will maintain its headquarters in the historic Polk Canning Company building in Greenwood. The company also has offices in Columbus and West Lafayette.
