GARDEN CITY, Ind. — A Garden City traffic stop led to the arrest of a local man Friday. Bartholomew County deputies stopped Alberto Rodriguez, 39, for driving without using headlights around 9:30 p.m. Deputies smelled alcohol and observed a container of alcohol on the passenger seat.
Rodriguez was arrested for operating while intoxicated and operating without ever obtaining a license. He has been released from the Bartholomew County Jail.
