SEYMOUR, Ind. — The staff of Schneck Medical Center recently raised $1,000 for the United Way of Jackson County. The money was raised from the Oktoberfest fish stand, pancake breakfast, rose sales, and trash bag sales.
The United Way seeks to improve the community by supporting causes that help families secure health, education and financial stability. The organization holds annual community events such as A Day of Caring, the Rock’n Ready School Supply Drive, and volunteer income tax preparation.
