NASHVILLE, Ind. — Fans of the Big Woods Brewing Company have a lot for which to look forward. The company has purchased 90 acres along State Road 46 and Memorial Drive, and plans to build a new distillery and tasting room that will feature their Hard Truth Liquors. They also plan to expand brewing and packaging capacity on the property. Construction will begin in the spring of 2017.
The company currently employs about 400 people and operates brewing facilities and establishments in Nashville, Bloomington, Martinsville and Speedway.
Owners are currently working with planning officials to change the zoning classification of the property.
