Vectren offers 'Gift of Energy'

COLUMBUS, Ind. — Vectren Energy Delivery is offering the Gift of Energy program this holiday season. The program allows people to make a payment on behalf of a friend, family member or neighbor. Both, donor and recipient will receive an official certificate listing the donor and recipient’s name plus the amount pledged.
