COLUMBUS, Ind. — The owners of Smith’s Row restaurant in downtown Columbus have decided to close the establishment. The announcement says they are in the process of finding other development opportunities for the location.
Anyone with unused, unexpired gift certificates, can mail them to 418 Fourth St., Columbus, Indiana, 47201, for a full refund in the next 30 days. Any deposits collected for private parties will be refunded.
