COLUMBUS, Ind. — Cummins officials say they have reached an agreement in a patent infringement dispute with ADP Distributors and Rotomaster. Cummins accused the company of producing turbocharger parts patented by Cummins.
The agreement says Rotomaster can no longer produce the products overseas or in the United States. Rotomaster representatives recognize the Cummins’ patents and admit to the infringement.
