COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus police arrested a local woman over the weekend for outstanding and drug charges.
While patrolling a parking lot in the 1600 block of Central Avenue, on Sunday around 3:30 a.m., police found a woman hiding in a pickup truck. The subject was identified as Katelyn Williams, 25.
During the investigation, police discovered Williams was wanted for an outstanding warrant in Marion County. Officers also found heroin, syringes, digital scales, and drug paraphernalia on her person.
Williams was taken to the Bartholomew County Jail and charged with possession of heroin, possession of a syringe, possession of paraphernalia, and the outstanding warrant from Marion County.
