INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The Indiana Gaming Commission says December casino revenue was down $11 million compared to the same period last year.
Of the 13 gaming operations in the state, only two reported revenue increases compared to 2015. Belterra Casino in Florence was up $1.4 million and the French Lick Casino was up $300,000.
Horseshoe Hammond Casino saw the biggest dip in the state, dropping $4.2 million to $31.5 million. Ameristar Casino in East Chicago fell $2.8 million to $16.8 million.
