FRANKLIN, Ind. — A one-vehicle accident in the 6400 block of Hurricane Road injured a Whiteland man on Sunday.
The Johnson County Sheriff’s Department says Dwayne Ingalls, 55, was northbound on Hurricane Road around 10:20 a.m., when an oncoming vehicle swerved into his lane. Ingalls swerved to the right and drove off the roadway striking a large tree. The second vehicle did not stop.
Ingalls was treated at a local hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
