COLUMBUS, Ind. — Due to high water and flooding concerns the Columbus People Trail system by Northbrook, and at State Road 46 near Interstate 65, will be temporarily closed. The interstate tunnels are also closed. The trails will reopen after the water recedes and city crews remove the debris. The flooded areas will be reevaluated on Monday, January 23.
