INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Several Bartholomew County residents were recognized recently at the Indiana Farm Bureau Young Farmer Leadership Conference. Local, young farmers offered 736 hours of their time to the Feeding America Program.
The conference was held in Indianapolis January 27 through 29, and the theme was “Step Up for Ag.” The event featured keynote speaker Roger Rickard, founder of Voices for Advocacy, an organization designed to engage people to take action.
