SEYMOUR, Ind. — Schneck Medical Center is now accepting applications from medical school students for the George H. James Scholarship.
Applications must include a one-page biographical letter and be submitted by April 3, 2017. Applications are available online at schneckmed.org/scholarships/.
The George H. James, Jr. Scholarship honors the 33 years of dedication George H. James, Jr., showed to Schneck Medical Center. Mr. James became President and CEO of Schneck Medical Center in 1968 and retired in 2001.
Any student enrolled in medical school may apply. Preference will be given to Jackson and Jennings County residents that plan to start a local practice. For more information, call 812-523-7849.
