COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus police arrested a local man for two outstanding warrants and methamphetamine possession early Wednesday morning.
Reports indicate police observed James Garris, 33, in the 1700 block of Central Avenue, and confirmed he had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. Garris was taken into custody without incident. While processing Garris for jail, police found a small bag of methamphetamine.
