COLUMBUS, Ind. — Police are warning Netflix customers about an email scam. Reports indicate users receive a request to update their account by clicking on a link. The user is asked to provide credit card and personal information.
Netflix officials say you should only verify account information on a verified website. Victims of the scam have reported the emails and webpage are very convincing.
